Janine works with individuals who wish to utilize Reiki for general health and wellness, stress reduction, and weight loss. Reiki is accessible and beneficial to people of all ages and backgrounds. Clients lay on a massage table, fully clothed. Reiki treatments utilize specific hand positions, either on or above the body, depending on preference. Clients often report feeling a deep sense of calm and well-being during and after a Reiki treatment. Janine has been practicing and utilizing Reiki since 1999. She is a Reiki Master Teacher trained in Reiki Jin Kei Do and The Buddho System of Healing. She is also a Registered Nurse, Holistic Lifestyle and Wellness Coach and owner of Coaching for Healthy Living.
